Is public health really declining in general?

II have a feeling based on nearly everyone I talk to struggling more than ever to maintain good health. When I first noticed it seemed like everyone was suddenly avoiding gluten or on some type of restricted diet due to digestive issues. I don't know many teens or 20-somethings besides nieces and nephews but they all seem to have shitty immune systems - two with recurring mono and strep, one with some ongoing GI thing, one with some unknown post-COVID immune response that makes his mouth swell up. Myself and a couple other women I know in their 30s are entering menopause. Everyone seems to be on supplements and powders- B vitamins, melatonin, turmeric, magnesium, L-theanine, NAC, etc. Many on antidepressants. No one gets enough sleep.

Am I just tuned into health issues or is the struggle real?
