Has anyone’s breathing worsened since diagnosed?

My Story

I was diagnosed 4 years ago. Had it found out before my two separate sinus surgeries in ‘21 & ‘’22. I had one neurosurgeon visit, who didn’t bother showing up. Especially after he specifically told me he couldn’t do it any other day than Monday. Had a csf flow scan, chiari attack was going on as it was getting scanned. No leak. And they put me on insomnia meds. Then switched to ones that triggered my migraines. I’m now seeing a different doctor this time (neurosurgeon), different hospital and they wanted to rescan my head. I just got diagnosed with sleep apnea after doing at home test. I also go for sleep study day after. My sleep has gotten bad since I checked a year ago about my neck locking up. It stays like that for a month. I got muscle relaxer and broke out. Didn’t help 🫤😩. I have all discs in my neck shifting from my mri result. I also have fibromyalgia and severe arthritis. None of this helps and they all come at me at once. I have to use my travel pillow (bean) to get any decent sleep now (soft collar). Has anyone had this happen? Did you have to have surgery? Has any other treatment helped?

I have no one to help me if I have to have surgery.
