Motherboard Issue and Purchase Doubt

Guys, I need some clarification

I am planning to buy Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 83DV01A5IN. I have checked the exclusive store too it was about 98k but by using credit card and student discount I'm getting it for 89k, the specs are:

LOQ 15IRX9 83DV01A5IN

Intel® Core™ i7-13650HX, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4050 6GB GDDR6 16gb RAM and 512gb SSD

Even though it's a great deal, I'm a bit concerned about the motherboard issues with LOQ of these models, has the company fixed it? Or do you guys have any idea or suggestion on this, kindly drop down. It would be a great help.
