Brackets on lower wisdom teeth with wires going over the 2nd molars, so uncomfortable!

After having braces on for 2^1/2 years my orthodontist has put brace brackets on my lower wisdom teeth, with long wires going over my impacted 2nd molars, there’s so little room all the way back there it feels quite compacted and sore because the braces on the wisdom teeth are 24/7 pushing up against the gums and there’s not even enough room to put wax on it, the orthodontist even told me she had a tough time getting the brackets on and snipping the wire at the end

Has anyone else been in this situation before? It’s not that painful really but it’s so incredibly uncomfortable just to move my mouth around when talking, and eating etc

Any advice?
