Is Express24 actually next day?

Had a parcel arranged for collection on Wednesday, picked up Thursday morning. The tracking updated this afternoon (Friday) showing it was still in the same area it was sent from and that the expected delivery is Monday.

Am I incorrect in expecting it to be delivered today and not Monday on a next day service? It's sold as a next day guarantee and not 24-48 hour service but before I contact them to query it I want to make sure I've not just misunderstood.

Side note, anyone actually know to contact them? In my experience the phone just tells you to look at the website faqs and there's no contact email I can find, or any live chat service.
