Bang for your buck w/points

Hello, I have about 250,000 points currently could have more by the time I take this trip.

My girlfriend and I want to take a trip in December of 2026. We were looking for some suggestions on places to stay using my points that will give us the most bang for our buck. We love food centric cities and prefer a quieter more romantic experience in a city with great food and activities.
