I analysed 5,000 job postings. LinkedIn alerts are delayed by ~4 hours. That's why we get ghosted.
I spent the last month building a scraper to track job postings on direct company APIs (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby) vs. LinkedIn.
The data is shocking. By the time a "New" job pops up on LinkedIn, it has been live on the company's internal career page for an average of 4.5 hours.
In this market, a 4-hour delay means ~200 applicants are already ahead of you. The "Early Applicant" tag on LinkedIn is usually a lie.
I was tired of the noise, so I wrote a script (Go + Redis) to bypass the aggregators entirely.
It’s a "Job Sniper" that:
- Checks Source Truth: Pings company career pages directly every 60 seconds.
- Hyper-Personalized: You don't just subscribe to "Software Engineer." You filter by salary, keywords, and specific tech stack.
- Zero Noise: No "Promoted" jobs. No staffing agencies. No spam.
- Real Inventory: If the URL isn't live on the company site, you don't see it.
My interview rate went from 0% to 15% just by being in the first batch of 10 applicants.
I’m opening this up as a free tool for a few people because the job market is brutal and we need every edge we can get.It is in BETA Testing right now, so I could use all of your inputs

I want to give something back to this community and all your inputs are very much needed , please lemme know how can I help.
(Note: If you are targeting specific roles like React/Go/Rust, let me know and I can add a preset for you).
