Is the RTX 3070 ti for 225 dollars a good deal or a pass?

I just found a RTX 3070 ti for 225 dollars on craiglist and talk to the owner and said he'll do 225 for the card but I was wondering if theres something else out there for around the same price thats better. Im both a gamer and do plan to use it for content creation. I only play games like A/C oddesy and some call of duty and for content I maintly use adobe premire pro and topaz video a.i. to upscaling. I also say a rtx 6800 for 300 dollers but that a bit much for me i was only looking to spend arund 200 dollors. let me know what you guys think
