Considering Parts for the Future

Build Complete

I bet the forums are hot right now asking for upgrade help. Same here, I'm just looking forward to upgrading some parts of my pc within the next 3-6 months. I've had this pre-built for 2 years now. I'm still so new to everything so any advice or insight is appreciated.

I only use my pc for gaming, and I game at least a little bit every day. I never have problems running games, and anytime there's a poorly ported game (like MH Wilds) I usually find myself among the few who can still run it pretty well. I don't have a budget in mind cause I'm just trying to get a sense of what pc parts I should prioritize upgrading in the future. You could also say I'm just try to develop a bit of understanding how all the individual parts affect each other - but that's not the question here.

From my rig, what are the parts I should prioritize upgrading to improve my gaming pc?

My PC: HP OMEN - 45L Gaming Desktop (I bought it from BestBuy in 2023, here's that link)

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-12700K Processor

SSD: NVMe WD PC SN560 SDDPNQE-1T00-1006

I wasn't sure what to put for RAM since that is the most confusing aspect for me. The HP support site I linked in the pc name lists a lot of details about the RAM and motherboard, so I'm hoping that supplements the info sufficiently. Lastly, I used a command prompt to find the part number for my RAM: HP37D4U1S8MR-8XR (command prompt: wmic memorychip list full)

Any and all advice is appreciated!
