Looking for a Graph on Plate Tectonics

I recently saw a graph protraying the average speed of plate tectonics over the last 3 Ga, and can't seem to find it again. The graph is in the shape of a sigmoid function. If you happen to know the paper or have the graph itself, it would be greatly appreciated.
