Cool adjustable canes?

Hey everyone!! My spouse has hEDS and needs a new cane. I really want to get them something cool and classy looking, but I’m having trouble finding the kind of thing I’m looking for in a form that’s adjustable.

They like to be able to adjust their cane to work with whatever shoes they’re wearing - heels vs flats or sneakers - but they really want something with an interesting handle or something really unique. We’ve considered getting them various nice wooden ones but they’re, understandably, never adjustable. (Is a wooden adjustable cane doable…?)

Does anyone know of a good seller who might do something custom? Bonus points if it could be something really gothy.
