Cartel Scam?. Any help

I got a text from a guy named Diego who claims to be part of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel and Pmp of the house of domestic Sxual services. He claims that if I don't pay then a few of my relatives will be lost and he said to not even bother blocking his phone number. I delt with a guy named Tony the other day with this kind of Scam. I just hope I don't keep getting this text claiming to be other people besides Tony and Diego.
