Transition services from LHH - useful or crap?

I got terminated without cause 3 days ago. Got a severance package and was connected to a "transition sercices" rep from LHH. I haven't signed the package yet, but I'm wondering if anyone has used the transition services from LHH after being laid off. Was it helpful at all? Let me know if you need more info from my end.
