i hate how unfair the system is

im a med student (still a teen though started a bit earlier) and in my country we have this big exam we prepare months for. i did well in the written part but failed the oral one bc i got assigned a professor with a 75% failure rate (5% is normal). only gave correct answers but he said no every time only to name my answer 2 min later and present it as his own and gaslit me. happened to everyone else who was examined by him too

we can only retake this exam 2 a year so i have to wait half a year whilst my bf and my friends are all now in higher semesters and i’m not allowed to do anything in uni.

i’ve had nightmares of the day i failed ever since and get panic attacks, got diagnosed with ptsd. my life has literally stopped since then. i get nauseous when i eat, i feel like everything is pointless and i work with this professor so i have to see this man every day who btw is not even a doctor.

what’s most unfair - i have basically no rights bc at the end it’s statement against statement and who’d believe a student over a professor.

half the year is lost and my mental health is so bad i cannot study for the next try without getting retraumatized
