Suggestions on high-quality headphones with thin headband?

Hello. I've been looking for wired headphones I might be interested in buying some time in the far future, and since I want to hold onto my devices for a long time, I would want to hear suggestions so as to not go on an economical goose chase. I'd keep in mind anything around the range of or lower than 100 USD.

I've been using Sony's Wireless Stereo Headset CECHYA-0080 for a long time, and its tightness has soured my view of headphones that seem even remotely thick, since long periods of usage always give me headaches.

So naturally, I'd look for something at the same level of comfort as a Microsoft LifeChat LX-1000 -- a pair of headphones I used to have during my childhood, but broke early on compared to my other electronics. They weren't perfect, since I remember them hurting my ear cartilage, but they were light, loose, and technically the best thing I've had so far as a result.

Normally I listen to electronic music and DnB, but I'd prefer suggestions for devices which fidelity got closest to the audiophile standard, so as to have it around for all-around, everyday usage.
