Can't Verify ID of Device - PC Fix?

Trying to start the game and I want to reroll a little bit, see some more of the units. Went to install the game on my laptop (so I can try that method of reroll), and it 'Can't Verify the ID of the Device' while trying to load the game up.

I found an Android fix, which is neat, but is there a PC fix for this issue?
