Do accounts get purged from uksv once status moves to completed?

Mine moved status a few weeks ago but I can no longer log into the portal. Is this normal?

It says the case is now with the responsible body when I phone up the job hr and I was asked for my notice period last week.

I am not asking for detail here just if its common to be locked out of the system.
