Please stop driving 15mph on wet roads.

I completely understand if the roads are snow covered and bad to drive slow and careful, but if the roads are only wet please don’t drive like there’s a whole foot on the road. Oh and before someone says something about black ice, the air nor ground are either going to be cold enough to create it.
