I am balding from eyebrows and there are flakes too

My dandruff is getting worse on hair as well as face too now

I m literally tired from everything. Doctor advised me the shampoo and i used it but it still didn't imrpove n now that i m not able to take care of myself it is even more difficult. Everytime i have flakes on my clothes n then i feel so unhygienic as soon as i touch my hair anywhere as i feel it will get transferred

Now everyday as i move a finger on my eyebrows i get 2 3 strands in my hand with white flaky dandruff. My hair already don't grow well now i even feel bald from eyebrows n eyelashes too. Isn't there any one stop solution i m freakin tired from my life
