Are my new lobe piercings ready to be changed?

My lobes were pierced September 19th, so approx. 10 weeks ago. They have simple studs in. I've been spraying them daily with a saline solution provided by my piercer, gradually doing so less frequently as it has healed (3x a day, 2x a day, 1x, to once every other day). I run gentle water over them in the shower. After the first couple days, there has been no idle pain, redness, swelling, or crusties. It does not hurt to touch.

It can handle very gentle accidental bumps, or my hair getting caught on it, but anything more than that is slightly painful. However, I can't tell if this is just general pain, or pain caused because the piercings aren't fully healed. To those who have fully healed lobes, how much can they handle before it starts to hurt? Does it sound like mine are (almost) healed? Thank you in advance!
