Early passport renewal Pakistan

My passport expires after 2 years and i want to get it renewed now for next 10 years. Actually I'm planning to apply for visa and if i have a passport valid for 10 years, i might get visa as long as passport is valid. So is there any method in which i can get it renewed now ? Because on website it says that i can apply for new passport if 1 year is remaining in passport expiry.
