Where to find smiley face/thank you plastic bags?

I'm trying to find a place in Seattle/Tacoma that uses the smiley face plastic bags, or the Thankyouthankyouthankyou bags. I know I can buy them in bulk online, but I really only need like two for a project. Any ideas?
