Looking for a Censor Words bot

Tried using carlbot but even words within words are flagging and there is no way to turn that setting off (even words like 'something' are flagging for 'meth' which is stupid, even if i input the word with "" around it)

I'd realistically want a bot where i can input custom censor words, and have the option to ignore them if the censored word is included in another word. I'd also need options to edit the punishments for if a censored word is said, and that i can have a warning message sent to our logs channel
