Three of us took a full furnished 2BHK in Warje near the highway. It's me, my friend, and his sister. They both are Advocates, I'm building my sustainable lifestyle startup, and this place was meant to be our new home in Pune.

All of a sudden the new circuit bench opened in Kolhapur, and my flatmates work shifted there almost fully. Now they visit Pune only once in a while. Because of that, the master bedroom that was kept for the only queen in the house stays empty almost all the time.

So we're opening it up for someone who would actually use the space and also help split the rent.

The house vibe is simple & warm.

We are clean freaks, non-smokers, and non-drinkers. No restrictions for you though. Just basic respect for the space is enough.

If you want a calm home, friendly housemates, and extra privacy since they visit rarely, this might fit you well.
