Gmail is asking me to verify on a phone o don't have access to anymore

I'm trying to sign into my email, but its asking me to press the number 7 on the YouTube app on my (old) iPhone which I don't have anymore, I'm on a pixel 7 on grapheneos.

What can I do to sort this out?
