Speaker compatibility on door panel replacement.

Hi all. Wife will be getting a new to us '24 XC90 B5 Plus. This car doesn't have the built in sun shades in the rear doors, like the Ultimate versions do. I see a few door panels on ebay that i could easily replace the originals with... but i notice they have the B&W speakers instead of the Harman Kardon. Anyone know if there is some compatibility between the different sound systems? Could one simply connect the B&W to the existing harness, or is there more to it?

(I know Volvo sells door shades but they are non-retractable, and that's a no-go for the wife)
