Poor quality NIW letters from Chen

Is it just me, or do Chen’s first drafts for support letters read really poorly? Or is that just the style USCIS expects for these letters? I’m also wondering whether Chen expects me to do heavy rewriting myself, even though they charge $$$ for each letter. I’d really appreciate comments from anyone who has gone through this process.
