Affordable online creative writing masters programs

I’m a writer with ADHD who has been working on a short story collection and novel manuscript for 2-3 years. I’ve made mostly progress in developing characters and world building. I’ve received excellent response from workshops on the rough drafts but really am in need of structure to edit and complete these things. I have been unable to submit the work to literary agents or magazines because of it all being unfinished.

I would like to join a masters program where I’m required to complete a thesis and create a portfolio of work. Academia has really motivated me in the past - I’ve previously been in a master’s program for game design that was online and asynchronous and did some my best design work. I would prefer it be affordable and completely online - however, I don’t want to do it from SNHU, ASU, or another university with a reputation of just being online. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
