just got a new "SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL Gen 3" and it sometimes doesnt register keys

Hey, anyone else have issues or a solution to this problem? The keyboard is just fine but sometimes when I type It doesnt register the keys very properly and just miss them? Like when I dont hit the key 100% perfectly it wont show, its hard to explain. Hopefully you understand me right, It kinda bothers me a lot.
