Trying to quit porn and constant distractions while chasing a career in filmmaking. Need real advice

I’m looking for a free app that can block distracting apps and websites like YouTube, Instagram and adult content. Ideally, it should let me set a long-term limit such as 30 or 40 days and prevent uninstallation during that period. I’ve already tried AppBlock (Block Apps & Sites), but it doesn’t work properly in incognito mode.

To be honest, I’ve been struggling with porn addiction for a long time. I work from home in IT and I don’t really enjoy my job. What I truly want is to pursue a career in entertainment through acting, writing and direction. Back in college I used to work on these skills, but lately I’ve been too distracted and feel like I’ve drifted away from what I want to become.

My work shifts rotate between
6 am to 3 pm
2 pm to 11 pm
10 pm to 7 am

This makes it hard to maintain a routine. Recently I’ve spent a lot of time on YouTube Shorts. I know willpower is important but I’m struggling to build it. I even went to the gym for building the willpower past month but still ended up relapsing either at night or before heading out, not now going for gym

I’m trying to break this cycle and use my energy to learn and move toward my dream career. If you have suggestions on effective blocking apps, how to manage time with rotating work hours or advice to deal with addiction and rebuild discipline,

Provide a way to break it
