Switching account from steam to xbox on pc

Hello, I purchased FC26 on Steam and I’ve been playing Ultimate Team. Recently I bought an Xbox, so I purchased the game there as well, and my team on Xbox has progressed further. I installed the Xbox app on my PC, but when I try to download FC26 from there, it redirects me to the EA App, and on the EA App I get the error “the game is being managed by Steam,” so I can’t download it. I had deleted the game from Steam, and when I reinstall it on Steam, it still logs me into the account linked to Steam. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows a solution?
