Changing clocks back in November for the end of Daylight Saving Time is most annoying: 1) in the South 2) on the Western side of a time zone 3) for evening people
If I lived further south (like Florida) I would not get as much of a swing in hours of daylight from summer into winter and just get annoyed by the time change. Further North (like Maine) really needs the adjustment to take advantage of the few hours of daylight they get.
If I lived on the Western side of a time zone (like Seattle) darkness comes later than the Eastern side of a time zone (like Spokane) and I’d be more annoyed by the time change.
If I was an evening person I’d want more daylight in the evening. But instead I just lost an hour of evening daylight to appease the morning people.
