Does the OSRS wiki's damage calculator account for venom damage when considering blowpipe?

I've been comparing a lot of setups numerically using the calculator and often times the Blowpipe significantly underperforms compared to alternatives available to me despite being highly recommended by both other players and the wiki's strategy guides itself. Is this because the calculator doesn't take into consideration factors like venom damage or is the information I'm reading just out of date because of the blowpipe's nerfs not being taken into consideration?
