Goodman GMVC961205DN cycles on for 2-3 minutes then stops

Hi - I have a GMVC961205DN (installed 2023) and this fine morning, where it is 16 degrees outside, I see that the furnace is cycling on for 2-3 minutes then stops. Order for heat is at 71c current temp is 65. Wife is less than amused but the trusted contractors are busy until Monday.

Between the furnace and us humans is a Arzel HeatPumPro and an Ecobee. During summer months, zoning works like a champ.

Any pointers are appreciated!
