Ummm, why is no one talking about “Kody & Janelle ripping of Meri”

In the latest episode Kody first mentions Janelle suggesting that she & Kody sell CP without Meri’s involvement, something shady like that. And then it appears that Janelle says something like that as well to the camera, but of course that could’ve been taken out of context because so far I am team Janelle all the way, but then when it shows previews for the next episode. It shows America addressing the fact that she thinks Cody and Janelle were trying to do her dirty on the coyote pass deal. Granted this poster does not have all the facts, but that was kind of heavy and really out of left field I did not expect that. Does anybody have any clarification?
