Question Re AB9 smoothness (Just got one) and am frustrated.

I've used my Moza AB9 twice now, DCS/MSFS. Overall I really LOVE the feedback effects and options; however there is something I'm experiencing which is quite frustrating and concerning.

Best described as a sort of Clicky/Clanky Stubborn area of the stick when ever I move it center-left or center-up; going center-down or center-right feels butter smooth; but it's almost like it catches something (like a detent) when moving left/or up; which can be quite frustrating in many situations; the more force and spring the stick has the more I feel this effect.

Should it not be smooth all around? Support has not been helpful so far; they ignored my question entirely.
