Has anyone ever had this issue? [bug][feedback]

This started the day before thanksgiving, so wednesday. I was playing and i sorted one of the discord toolboxes and my game crashed, and everytime since i opened the game it gives me this 12:32:58: Starting BattlEye Service... 12:33:01: Updating... 12:33:02: Launching game... 12:34:15: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game. 12:34:15: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v4.0.30319_64\System\d4bdee93a2422be7ed56b39c2554e1ae\System.ni.dll". Its strange though, its almost like my whole internet is messed up now, its like half working/half not. Like tarkov can open up but i crash in raid everytime, and traders and stuff just dont load at all. Has anyone had this problem and can help me out, it seems so random and strange.
