As an interviewer, how do you find devs who are good under pressure?

Hello fellow web devs, i'd like to get your advice.

I'm leading a small full stack team in fast paced very small company.

A year ago, I had to recruit a dev, and it didn't go so well.

The thing is, our CEO reallllly likes to micromanage, he comes every hour asking everyone what they are doing.

So, the dude I recruited last year couldn't handle the pressure and became depressed very quickly and went full vibe coder mode unfortunately....

Now we have to recruit again, the last one also was a junior and this time we will try to go for 2-4 YOE.

I'm going to give them a home coding task and then live technical interview.

How could I get the intuition if someone is actually good under pressure?
