How difficult will it be to switch from Associate Consultant at OFSS to SDE/MTS or similar roles

So I'm from a T3 college and was placed as an Associate Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) through campus placements. I've always been into SDE roles and have been grinding DSA and full-stack dev since my third year. But with the current market, I took the first offer I could get. Now I'm wondering how tough it'll be to switch to an SDE or similar role. I'm trying off-campus now, but it's been hard to even get shortlisted, let alone get interviews.
