What does an out of body experience (OBE) feel like?

I've had a few 3rd plat trips, and countless 2nd plat trips, but I haven't had an OBE, at least I don't think. Whenever I dissociate, it's always my body and sense of self dissociating from reality, not my sense of self dissociating from my body (which is what I imagine an OBE is)

I tried to have one on my last trip (390mg fb, low 3rd plat) and every time I tried I just kept visualizing a dancing robot. Like I tried to imagine myself walking around while my actual body is in my bed, but all I got was a robot rhythmically walking to the music lol

So is it something that you can't try to do, it just has to happen? And is there a certain dose or plat it occurs at? For those that have experienced an OBE, what does it actually feel or look like?
