Question about "Continuous living in gender role" guideline

Hi. I start HRT and transitioning soon. In like a month.

I'm planning for the future and things I might need like FFS and vocalization surgery or anything else that might come up and I see that one requirement even at pretty relaxed and caring centers have are

"Continuous living in gender role: A 12-month period of continuous living in the gender role consistent with one's gender identity is frequently required."

Legally, where I am at. I can never change my name or gender marker. I will never be able to do it. It's a no, no matter what. They'll never let me no matter what I do or change.

I also can never fully come out at work. I know it's weird. But the work I do I could transition and have a feminine face and hair and even small breasts and no one would probably know the better or suspect anything besides thinking I was gay and taking care of myself.

I could never actually. Say it. Though. It's old school like that. Don't ask don't tell. Type of situation. It's very formal. And the clothes we wear don't reveal the feminine figure or breasts very well.

Would these things bar me from satisfying that requirement?

I heard wpath 8 and 2022 guidelines are different. I'm not able to get into the clinic and really talk to anyone until January when my coverage starts.

I know I have a few years to really get something like work, worked out, but like the name and gender change will never happen in automatically disqualified for life for reasons I don't wish to bring up.

Thanks.
