wtf bandlab

idk if this happened to anyone else but i js got suspended from bandlab for "spam" (basically no reason) even though i never spammed anywhere on the app. i tried filling out a support form like it told me to but when i tried to fill it out it said that "feedback submission is not available for my account." i saw another post on this subreddit talking abt how they also got suspended so idk if its happening to a lot of ppl but if it is then hopefully they will unsuspend everybody but theres no telling. any1 else experience this?
