Anyone have trouble with returning probes?

Been trying to return my probes with no response from customer support. Bought them to support thanksgiving but found the data mining info on the chefiq website (they mine a ton of data) and immediately deleted the app and requested a return. Never received any response other than “we received your ticket “.
