Question about the evil castle

How do you beat the tower of wrath and Jealously after level 40 and so on. There is a debuff that reduces reinforcement skill efficiency by 70 % (dont know what that means but I guess it means less damage), I literally do no damage. Do I need everyone at 5star to beat it because it seems impossible.
