Navel piercing

I’ve had my navel piercing for 7 months now, and it was healing fine until the ball tip of the bar accidentally fell off. I had a spare piece of jewelry, so I used it. It’s been 2 weeks since I changed it, and now it’s irritated—swollen, with white pus coming out. I also think it has migrated by about 6 mm. What should I do?
