I sent my crush a follow request.. what should I do next?

I have had a crush on a girl from my college from last 4-5 months. I know about her although only her name and class but she doesn't know anything about me. I found her Insta id, but couldn't muster up the courage to send her request as there were high chances that she would ignore it as she doesn't know me.

But my friend forced me to send a request and I did so. Now what should I do?? Do I tell her about my feelings?
