"Counterspell"

Every time my mind latches onto a voice and combines it with a bit of my internal dialogue I immediately think "Counterspell!" and ignore it. It helps.

When I see an unusual number for the 10th time in one day I say "Counterspell!".

When I imagine a brown cat with 2 black spots coming around the corner and then the EXACT cat appears from that same corner? Yep.

"Counterspell!"

Idk what's real all the time, but I feel happier and more in control being in the same consensus reality as other people. So I just say counterspell like I'm some kind of psychosis fighting wizard and call it a day.
