Avoid Driving tips

Just got into Vietnam tonight in Ho Chi. Can't belive the traffic, I've seen videos but you just have to run for it hoping people will stop.

Any tips or tricks to keeping calm? I think this'll be the major stressor on the trip. Especially coming from a country with proper traffic controls.

Apart from this the trip seems amazing for 14 days, just need to get that stressor under control.
