Two vs one battery, Fort Worth

I'm due to renew my plan, and even with the monthly battery fee and install fee, Base looks like its going to be a better deal that all of the other plans I am seeing.

We have bigger house, 1500kwH per month in the Winter, 3500-4500kWH in the Summer.

I'm not really worried about needing two days of outage protection with the double battery, since I have a generator and an inlet/interlock for it already if things got that bad, which they haven't except for that freeze we had in 2021. What I am wondering though is there a difference in the amount of power that the batteries can put out through the inverter in terms of amps/kw? It looks like this year my peak draw for the whole house in a 15 minute window was 14.4kW / 120A, and I had 33 15 minute windows above 100A.
