I have bad fps or screen tearing only in the first match?

Hi all, I have recently switched from an rtx3050 (desktop version) to a rx 9060 xt and now face the weird issue that i either have screen tearing or bad fps only after the first start of the game. Now if i restart the game it runs perfectly fine. Steam reports that i have over 140 fps in both cases. This leaves me confused on why its happening?

Does anyone have the same issue? Do y'all have an idea of what could be causing it?

V-sync is off. I generally play on high-/medium settings with frame gen on.
